As adults, we often see a bean as something to eat or make into a tofu curd and then eat. Or maybe feed to livestock or process into other valuable products.
Give a child the opportunity to watch a bean germinate, sprout and come to life. Observe the amazement in the child and the beauty as the bean transform into a growing plant.
